Matsugen

Split with Cat and Laura: spicy edamame; homemade silken tofu.

Main course: Hot kizami-kitsune soba - fried tofu with scallions.

Dessert: Matsugen parfait with fresh fruits in season with green tea ice cream, vanilla ice cream, red bean, white mochi, warabi mochi, and strawberry.
