Split with Cat and Anna:

Degustation de charcuterie - guinea hen, duck and foie gras, jambon, picked carrots, apple and celery tossed with house made mayonaise served with bread.

Cheese plate - old & hard, earthy and sheep.

Dessert: abricot roti with apricot sorbet and vanilla cream anglaise.

Glass of gruner vertliner.
