Zenkichi

Omakase Menu:

- Miso soup with dried tofu.

- Raw tasting plate - hotaru ika nuta, sake-cured sawara, and maguro carpaccio with green yuzu dressing.

- Kobe beef tataki salad with sesame soy dressing.

- Tiger shrimp and cuttlefish tempura served with bonito sauce.

- Grilled saikya miso cod with shittake mushroom.

- Yuba tofu ankake in tiger shrimp broth.

- Toro blue fin tuna belly sushi.

- Kinako cheesecake served with soy ice cream topped with pinenut sauce.
