Afternoon Tea at Petrossian Lounge

Sandwiches: egg salad on white bread, Waldorf chicken salad on multi-grain bread, chickpea and olive tapenade on spice bread, and smoked salmon on pumpernickel.

Scone: currant.

Dessert: tiramisu in hazelnut chocolate shell, peanut butter millefeuille, and coconut fruit tart.

Vanilla rooibus tea.
