The Breslin

Split with group: small terrine board with guinea hen, rustic pork, rabbit & prune, head cheese and liverwurst; salt cod brandade with bread salad.

Main course: smoked belly with mashed potatoes.

Dessert: Eton Mess - lemon ricotta cheesecake.

Beer: Allagash white ale.

Cocktail: Lust for Life - gin, lavender syrup, mint, lemon juice and soda water.
